  So whats the point of purchasing reskin if do not know weather google store will allow it ? The only way we can be sure that the reskin works is if upload it and if not accepted you fix the errors

  The point is that you will buy APP Template not a content (you will add your content), stores reviewers will not review the code source of Template, they will review the content which is your content added to the app (Your Books and Your Website) , they will focus on your payment method on your website and your books sources , licenses, data .... , so depending on this you are responsible about reading and following the rules in privacy policy of stores .
